This is an amazing place to live I’ve lived here for over a year now it’s in the best location with bus routes right out your door an amazing trail to run, walk and bike on the Kirkland Corridor just a few feet away. Amazing amenities to the community. Just five minutes from downtown Bellevue and five minutes from downtown Kirkland and the access to I-405 and 520 highway are just seconds away. All the staff that work here are very friendly, kind, professionals and just great down to earth people

Absolutely the most amazing staff and people that I have met! We traveled down to WA area and had nothing but a few bags. They were able to make us feel super warm and welcoming. The staff are super friendly. They have the cleanest facility I have ever seen. The gym has all the essentials to keep your fitness in check. The location is amazing. I will return, no doubt!

Kirkland Crossing is cute, I think recently built a couple of years ago. The office team has been pretty fun with the recent events, I've enjoyed my stay.

I had one of the best experiences here. For downtown, it's a very reasonable price. Most places I've spoken to get annoyed with all my questions, Katy was very helpful and answered all of my questions happily. She had so much information to provide, very knowledgeable. This was such a great experience due to staff I met.

Visited the property yesterday with my son. Toured with Katie, her bubbly and professional personality I wanted this to be The apartment complex for my son. Katie spoke highly of the other staff in the office making me feel secure. That his needs would be met always.

We had Katy and Erik help us move into the KC. Katy was very professional with the walkthrough making certain everything was perfect and Erik was a fantastic person to bounce questions off of throughout the process. All of our concerns were addressed before, during, and after move in. they really are going above and beyond. The price was affordable and after being here a month they are still taking care of us and greeting us every day with courtesy respect and great hospitality

Just wanted to drop by and say thank you to the remarkable team at Kirkland Crossing. Everyone from the leasing agents to the management team and even the maintenance team are super helpful and kind. They always have a smile on their face and try to help fix any issues my family has encountered as soon as they can. Kudos for all the positive energy! The building and amenities also deserve 5 stars! The courtyard has a wonderful fire place and the roof top bbq area which is pretty cool.

Overall a great experience. Rooms are nice, neighbors are quiet, parking and location is convenient. The management staff has stepped up their game and are very sincere. They care about your needs and are willing to help in any way. Great location, friendly staff and a comfortable living experience. Thanks Kirkland Crossing!
